Syndication Sales Representative – Trifecta Entertainment & Media
Trifecta is looking for a talented and motivated individual with U.S. syndication sales experience to assist our dynamic U.S. Distribution team. The Syndication Sales Representative will sell programming to broadcast television stations and build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are critical to achieving success in this role.
Identify objectives for sales calls, establish sales strategies and assess customer needs with an understanding of the competitive landscape of each market.
Call on selected television markets and stations throughout the U.S.
Prepare and deliver written and verbal sales presentations in person, via video conference and over the phone.
Determine the best opportunities for Trifecta programming and highlight its strengths and unique positioning to the client base.
Develop offers for Trifecta programming in all necessary television markets.
Plan and set up market visits to meet with each station.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Three or more years of experience in a sales or similar role; three or more years of entertainment experience and knowledge, television industry preferred
Excellent negotiating, presentation, and communication skills.

This Designer will be responsible for working with the Lead Designer, Lead Combat designer and Game Directors to plan, prototype and build combat systems that directly apply to a 3rd person action adventure game. Design responsibilities include but are not limited to Enemy AI, combat behaviors, player weapons and tools, cover and melee based mechanics. These responsibilities require a high degree of knowledge and experience between code and content, as well as showing demonstrable on screen progress to from concept to ship. Both theory and hands on work will be required.
Promote collaboration amongst combat designers and directors, objectively breakdown combat design principles and provide feedback when appropriate.
Working with the Lead Designer, Lead Combat Designer and Directors to ensure all combat systems related to a 3rd person action adventure meets project needs and have consistent demonstrable onscreen progress through rapid prototypes and routine onscreen deliverables of all systems from paper to ship.
Coordinate closely with AI programmers and Combat LD’s to communicate the goals and specific needs of various combat systems and provide regular updates to all related gameplay systems.
Under minimal supervision, design, adapt and scope features to the needs of production, the technical constraints of the project and the overall gameplay goals.
Evaluate and initiate processes and features needed to improve and streamline any combat related production.
Maintain, test, iterate combat system-based features from concept phase to final tuning for an award winning Triple A game.
Document game mechanics and features quickly, clearly and concisely in a provided specification format to serve as a resource for other designers in the studio to understand the various design concepts and the decisions made that support them.
Work closely with AI Engineers to produce clear, concise and fun enemy behaviors, rules and assault combat systems that a wide variety of players can relate to.

Clear, analytical thinker, with a proven ability to break gameplay design down into regular, reusable systems and articulate and document them.

Overview and Responsibilities
This position will support the analytics and insights functions as they pertain to the Viacom Digital Studios for the MTV, VH1, Logo, and CMT brands. This position reports to the Director of MTV, VH1, Logo, & CMT Digital Research and Insights.
This individual will be responsible for contributing to in-depth analysis of performance and trends on social platforms, competitive intelligence and case studies, and supporting management in the development of presentations and overall digital strategies.

Serve as the day-to-day social analytics contact for MTV, VH1, Logo, and CMT
Start-to-end ownership of reports, presentations, and other deliverables to provide strategic recommendations with partnered brands
Collaborate with team members and key internal partners within the organization to address and inform important questions relating to MTV/VH1/Logo/CMT performance and digital landscape performance metrics
Manage and troubleshoot all MTV/VH1/CMT/Logo data connections into various analytics platforms
4+ years of experience in research, audience development, or analytics roles at media companies or agencies
Strong strategic thinker, with a passion for television and digital media, and a willingness to learn and work with others
